The content was organized as a clear, sequential walkthrough of the stipend timeline, with annotated screenshots included at each stage of the Adobe Sign process to help users understand exactly what they were seeing and what action was expected of them.
Outcome: The job aid reduced the volume of repetitive inquiries directed at administrative staff by giving faculty a reliable reference they could use independently.
